POWDER COATING

Structural Processing has been using powder coat technologies to do exterior architectural finishing with great success for over 20 years. Today's powders have the same lasting durability as the best liquid paints and actually exceed liquid paints in their hardness and scratch resistance.

Structural Processing offers the full range of RAL colors (the standard industry color selector for powders) as well as our own standard architectural stock colors made specifically for the industry. In addition, we offer custom color matching for small jobs, something most powder coaters can not offer.

Exterior powder coating chemistry is available in urethanes, polyesters, super durable polyesters and fluoropolymers.

Exterior powder coatings will meet or exceed the industry standard AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) for durability and longevity. The last standard AAMA can be achieved in powders with warranties of 10, 15 or 20 years against fading, chalking, blistering and peeling.

Lastly, powder coating is an environmentally friendly process. Negligible VOC emissions are produced in the production or application of powder coatings.
